David's attention to detail ensures that installations carried out by our electrical team are of of the highest quality. With the ever changing landscape of regulations within the industry David's role as NICEIC Qualifying supervisor means he knows the requirements to remain compliant.
Training and development of our employees has always been a key objective of the Coulson Group. Natalie ensures that in addition to all legal obligations for training being met she identifies additional opportunities for employee development helping them reach their full potential.
Managing Director Paul Glover joined the Group back in 1987 and has been a director for more than 22 years.
Paul is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with the ability to decipher complex financial and systems and related issues to support the Group’s continued success.
Having begun his career with Coulson Building Group as an apprentice plumber more than 20 years ago David now oversees, as Director, the Group's Services Department encompassing Mechanical, Electrical, and Facilities Management works. David's unambiguous leadership skills and extensive knowledge have helped the department maintain a reputation for excellence.
Having started with Coulson Group straight from school, Stuart completed his apprenticeship and obtained a Construction Management degree. Stuart has then steadily progressed and developed through the construction division to become Director. Stuart now plays a high level role in our live projects, ensuring all team members are working together in unison in turn helping to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Brandon joined the group as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, he has since achieved a degree (BSC (Hons)) in quantity surveying. Brandon is now commercial manager overseeing the quantity surveyors and communicating cost information accurately and efficiently back to the senior management team.
Originally an undergraduate placement student, Marcus re-joined the Group in 2014. Several years as a Site Manager working on a number of multi-million-pound projects has given Marcus a deep insight into the construction process. He now uses that technical knowledge and his analytical thinking skills to oversee the design process for the Group.
Simon's career with the Coulson Group stretches over 35 years. As Senior Manager, Simon takes overall responsibility for our Building and Projects Division whilst supporting our Construction Division on larger projects, his wealth of knowledge and attention to detail is well respected.
Mathew was employed by Coulson as a carpenter in 1990, he has since followed a path of continuous progression in to project management. Embedded within the Building and Projects Division his communication abilities instil confidence in clients and ensures that key information is shared throughout the project delivery team.
Having had an Undergraduate year at Coulson’s, Mathew re-joined the pre-construction team in 2012. He gained valuable experience as an Estimator for 8 years and ultimately is now a Director of the company. He heads up the pre-construction department and has overall responsibility for the production of PQQs, ITTs, Framework Bids and all tenders.
With well over 30 years of experience with the Group, Philip is a well accomplished and highly respected Senior Estimator of the construction division. Responsible for the pricing of tenders from £500k to £15m , Philip's knowledge of costs, technical awareness and ability to produce a detailed tender submission is second to none.
Employed as a Site Manager in 2006, Lance very quickly demonstrated his knowledge of all facets of the construction process; Excellent communications skills at all levels making him a perfect candidate for his current role as Contracts Manager. , typically managing our larger projects in all sectors and working with key project stakeholders to deliver excellence time after time.
Nigel joined the group more than 45 years ago as an apprentice carpenter and has since worked up to become project coordinator within the Building and Projects Division. Typically working on the smaller projects for both commercial and domestic clients, Nigel manages our labour onsite and coordinates the works with the client to ensure a high quality finish.
Adam joined the group recently and brings a wealth of experience into the estimating department. Typically, Adam will be responsible for tenders within the Construction Division up to the value of £15m. His attention to detail and knowledge will ensure that we will be producing detailed and competitive quotes in all sectors.
