This high quality project was for a private client, for whom we had already refurbished their entire house a couple years prior to this project. This project consisted of a new swimming pool, refurbishment of outbuilding and a new balcony along with re landscaping the garden..
The refurbishment and reconfiguration of the current ground and first floor courtyard outbuildings created a boot room, utility room, wine room and WC, media room, library and study all of which was linked to the main house via a frameless new glass linkway. All of the high quality internal joinery on the project was completed by Coulson Joinery.
A large part of the project was the demolition of the existing garden store to the rear of the garden and the creation of a new pool house and swimming pool including external paving, drainage and the creation of a new brick and timber greenhouse.
Associated external works to consisted of a new balcony structure to the rear of the 1st floor media room complete with external paving and a hot tub, replacement of external store roof including new mechanical and electrical installation works and new paving to the courtyard.
All works were completed on time and within budget with minimal disruption whilst the clients were living within the main house.
