Meeting the MOD’s requirement to provide 62 single living accommodation units in a very tight 20 week on-site time scale called for a Modular Modern Method of Building solution.
The project delivered an urgent military requirement for the supply of a large, fully furnished, temporary accommodation unit. This required the strict control of off- site fabrication, unit delivery and on-site installation, all during one of the worst winters in recent memory.
A modular stand alone plant room provided mechanical and electrical provision to power the new project.
The project was delivered on time and within budget.
